He almost got flowers, but didn't. So Leon decided that coffee was in order to bring to Tommy instead. This wasn't planned, all he'd done was make sure that Tommy was home and let him know that he was coming over. True he could've just called about it or texted, but to him that was a coward's way out.

So there he was, standing at the other's apartment door. Taking a breath, he reached his gloved hand up and knocked on the door.

A casual shrug.

"I was in the neighbourhood. So I thought I'd drop by to see what trouble you were causing."

Just in the neighborhood? Tommy rolls his eyes.

"We live in the same neighborhood far as I know. And you brought me coffee which is not in the neighborhood. Try another one."

He smirked. "So I went out for a walk before I showed back up here. That proves I was in the neighbourhood."

"Uh huh. And you just coincidentally bought me coffee?"

Nah, man, he sees through you. Smiles at Leon with a tilt to his head.

"Is it so hard to admit you wanted to see me, Bunbun? That you went out of your way to get an excuse to do so?"

Leon laughed slightly in spite of himself.

"Ya ya, crack on me all you want. But just remember that you opened the door to let me in, and coffee seems to be the magic potion to get you to do it."

Yes, that's not wrong at all. He's still smiling to himself.

"So it is hard to admit you want to see me," he says, happy to keep poking at this. "Come on, tell me something true here. You wanted to see me specifically, didn't you?"

"That was the plan to come see you and see what you were up to."

Leon could admit that much because it was safe, right? And he was more than happy if it was Tommy poking at him because it was Tommy.

Well, he was up to this. Just paperwork and math.

"I promise my personal life isn't that interesting when I'm not caring for Speedy," Tommy says with a shrug. "I'm sort of a boring guy."

"So boring that you grab any guy who's standing against a wall and drag him onto the dance floor?"

This would be interesting.

"No, that's when I'm exciting," Tommy says, looking at Leon. "Don't try and tell me you didn't like it. I wowed you."

"You definitely made an impression."

There was a hidden smile behind this current sip of coffee.

Really? Then he smiles and gets to his feet.

"Then maybe we should make more impressions."

"I'm not dancing again." Leon replied. But he had no idea what sort of things were rattling around in the other's head. This made Tommy both exciting and unpredictable and it was a nice change of pace for him.

Really? Tommy grins and bounces to his feet, puts the coffee aside, and then offers his hand out to Leon.

"Bet you will."

Leon smirked.

"I get that close to you again and don't think I'm going to dance with you."

It was a friendly warning of sorts and he continued to sit.

"Well now I really want you to get over here and tell me what's on your mind."

Because clearly there's something interesting going on.

"Is that a challenge?" Leon asked, trying to give Tommy one more chance to get out of what he had no idea of. It was fair though, considering Tommy sort of crashed into him at the ball that night.

"I really think it is," Tommy grins back at him. "Why, you going to back down?"

"No."

With that, Leon stood up and had taken Tommy's hand. This wasn't the first time they did this, but that didn't stop him. He took advantage of the hand in his though and tried to tug the other closer to him.

"Going to lead this time?" Tommy asks, grinning as he's tugged in.

A smart ass remark came to mind, but Leon didn't reply. Instead he pulled Tommy as close as he could before leaning in to kiss him.

Oh. Okay, well, he had felt like they'd been dancing around this, but damn if he hadn't thought Leon would fail to seal the deal. But here it was. A kiss. His heart raced, maybe just a little, at it.

Well Tommy's mouth wasn't running, so this was a sure fire way to keep it quiet. The other's lips were warm against his and Leon refrained from pulling the guy any closer. He'd been wanting this for awhile and it seemed Tommy felt the same way because he wasn't fighting it.

He went gentle, to give them both time and the opportunity to pull away, though he sure as hell didn't want to stop any time soon.

Of course he wasn't fighting it. Of course he wasn't pulling away. This? This was good. He just wished he had a bed to lay them out on. Instead he backs them toward the couch, ready to pull Leon down onto it with him. Giving up the kiss wouldn't be worth it of course.

Leon made every attempt to keep his lips on Tommy's as they seemed to shuffle to somewhere. He wasn't paying attention to the where so much as not tripping and keeping those lips in very close range.

It's okay. Let Tommy pay attention for you both. He's definitely got the brain space for that. Like he's got the brain space for sitting down on the couch and pulling Leon with him. See. Talented.

Somehow Leon found himself on the couch, but wasn't exactly sure how they got there. It didn't matter really, since Tommy hadn't run or anything and they were close together.

Getting another kiss could wait half a second, as Leon laughed slightly.

"You sure know how to get things done."

"I'm a master at getting from point A to point B. Just, you know, usually physically," he laughs when Leon comments. "I don't mind it, you know. This moment, right here, with you. In case you're self conscious."

Leon's mind went to two places at once with the comment, but he was going to go for option A which was more innocent.

"Not at all."

And he leaned in to kiss Tommy again.

Oh, there are always multiple directions people can go. But he's content to del with the one selected for them. Because kissing? Kissing is nice. Really nice.

He doesn't even mind that Leon is kissing him again so he can't respond. That's fair. It's really fair.

Somewhere in the back of his mind he waited to hear Tommy tell him to stop or something, but nothing was forthcoming so far. So he tilted and placed his hands on the sides of the other's face to kiss him more fully.

Well damn, the guy knows what he wants doesn't he? Tommy loves it. Missed being wanted like this. Being desirable.

The only time he pulls back is when he really needs to breathe.

"Best coffee delivery. Ever."

Leon took that as a queue to quit it and back off. Not that he was offended at all, it was just a good place to stop.

"You'll have to come by the office some time to do the delivery."

This was fun. Coffee would now have an extra special place in his heart.

For reasons.

Hardly a 'quit it' so much as a 'let me get a breather. Hell, TOmmy's still looking at the guy's lips.

"Oh, you think I should return the favor? Is that an invitation?"
