Aterat is a panfandom "jamjar"...at least to start out. Characters arrive from their home worlds into the last remaining city in Aterat and are tasked...to simply do what they normally would. If they're an explorer or an adventurer, there are forests and ruins galore just rife for the discovery. If they are merchants, craftsmen, clergymen, or lawmen, they are urged to do what they can to continue as they were. They're explained Aterat is a world that is crumbling, and that the Aspects are trying their hardest to piece it back together...by learning what it is to be alive, and they're going to do that by watching you.

There are no "events" in Aterat, exactly, but once a month, during the Pulse (when new arrivals come, just after the app cycle) the world will somehow expand, and how that expansion occurs is based on what characters got up to the month before. If enough were interested in a coliseum, one may appear, or an amphitheater. It could be an addition as simple as a new street or as in-depth a whole new environment. The sky, so to speak, is the limit.
