“True enough! I’m sure there is some fun to be found in this place. There seems to be plenty to do otherwise.” It was just that he’d been keeping himself occupied and distracted with art projects and offering his talents to people in the city who might be able to find a use for them. He missed his friends himself, and trying to keep himself from thinking of that was a bit hard… At least someone had arrived, even if he didn’t actually know them from the point in time he was from. So… Distractions were welcome.

“I keep hoping I might find a deck of cards. I know there are a few in the taverns, but I don’t believe I’d be welcome in them.” He added thoughtfully, at least not if they could tell he was underage, he supposed. So he was keeping his eye open around the shops to see if he couldn’t locate a deck or two.
