I suppose one could put it that way… Generally, my group focuses on people who are ignored by the law or are so good at hiding their crimes so they’re overlooked despite hurting or causing harm to befall others. That’s not to say there aren’t others who use this place to trigger more dire reactions in the target. We’ve currently had someone causing something called mental shutdowns come to our attention, which causes suicides and other effects… We’re trying to find and stop them, or we were trying to work out where to start to do so when I got dropped in here.
