Honestly, Shinjiro probably didn’t want to know the answer to when Yusuke ate when people weren’t offering him food. Especially when he was caught up in inspiration and working on a new piece as he was now… The guy was not good at making sure he got what he needed beyond the bare minimum sometimes.

He was more interested in the sandwich and Shinjiro right now than in potentially discussing his bad habits. The teen honestly looked pretty thrilled at the coincidence, since he hadn’t expected to meet the guy so soon. “I met her on the first day I arrived. She was quite kind in explaining a few things to me and gifted me with a particularly intriguing creature doll she’d won.” He explained, before pausing to finish off the sandwich with a pleased hum. “After we discovered we were from the same world, she mentioned having another friend here from there, by your name.” He smiled lightly as he continued. “So it’s nice to meet someone from a familiar place, I suppose.” And he already thought rather highly of Mitsuru, so a friend of hers was someone he was happy to know as well.
