"Mmm, perhaps. They do say hindsight is ...20/20...?" She seemed a bit uncertain about if that was the precisely how it was said but she was fairly confident it got the point across. Yet, no matter how many times she went over what had transpired with Ikutsuki she still couldn't find any warning signs. Perhaps that was the most frustrating aspect of the entire situation, that no matter what angle she looked at it there seemed to be no way for her to have predicted it. Mitsuru was known for her observational skills and logical dedication and yet she'd been completely blindsided by what had come. That threatened to leave her with the terrifying thought that there was no reason to just try harder to pay attention. No, she couldn't allow herself to go down such a dark line of thinking, especially not here in a casual conversation. She looked over at him and gave him a small smile.
"Ah, we hadn't seen each other for quite some time until recently actually..." and she'd been rather excited to have him back in their company. This was another conversation she really didn't want to engage in for too long. She nodded at his assessment of her situation. "Yes, that's precisely what happened. It's unfortunate that you can understand, I hope you're able to get back to what you've left behind." Of course she was grateful she could see her friend again herself, but she'd rather not continue to focus on that with a stranger. "Thank you." That didn't mean she couldn't at least be polite.
"I've heard there's quite a lot of information to be found here if one searches it out. Which I do plan on doing more of in the coming days." Of course, that meant tapping into her Persona's abilities, which were distinctly lacking. Still, perhaps she'd at least be able to find some sort of information about this place using Artemisia. "I'll be equally appreciative of anything you can share." At least she was quick to recover after her momentary frowns. Years of practice had honed that particular skill. She gave him a rather curt nod.
"I wouldn't say it's impressive, but I do appreciate your compliment." Even if it left her feeling a tad bit embarrassed.
"From what I've seen of the people here there are quite a number of unique talents and perspectives to find." Though so far her knowledge consisted only of what she'd glanced over on the comms.
